What to include

Hiring a display: the event date, the venue postcode, the shape and colours you'd like. The designer on the home page fills this in for you.
An order or pre-order: your order number and the email address you used.
A fault: order number plus a photo or a short video. It saves a round trip.
Becoming an operator: your postcode and roughly when you'd want to start. Everything else is on the operators page.
Trade: your business name and how many events a month you dress.
