What we collect, why, and what we do with it, in plain English. The short version: we keep what we need to run your order or answer your enquiry, we don't sell or pass on your details, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Only the suppliers we need to run the business, each under contract to use your data only for us: our email and CRM platform ([Mailchimp / Brevo / MailerLite]), Monzo and Stripe for payments, PayItMonthly for finance applications, our courier for deliveries and returns, our accountant for tax records, and the nearest listed ArchUp Operator when you book a display (they get your name, event address, date and the details of what you've booked; nothing else). We don't sell data and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Some of these suppliers process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the UK's adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, delete it, stop using it for marketing, or send it to you in a portable format. Email privacy@archup.co.uk and we'll act within one month. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office; we'd rather you told us first.
The site sets only the cookies it needs to work until you accept analytics in the cookie notice. Embedded videos and payment pages are hosted by their providers and may set their own cookies when you use them.
